ORDER
TRACKING
ThemeGifts.com now offers the ability to track the
progress of your UPS shipment online. Just visit our tracking
page and enter your ThemeGifts.com order number.
RETURN
POLICY / SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If
you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you
may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or
credit less shipping
& handling charges. Some restrictions do apply:

Coffee
makers and appliances that have been used may only be returned
for credit toward another similar machine and must be returned
within 15 days of receipt.

Not
all electric shavers are a perfect match for every man's skin.
New Grundig and Panasonic electric shavers have a 30 day trial period. If you are not
satisfied after use, you may return the razor within 30 days
for full refund less shipping and handling
charges. This policy does not apply to re-furbished
shavers. Call or email us for return instructions. Panasonic
shavers and pore cleansers must be returned to Panasonic for
refund. Details are included in each box.

All returns MUST include original boxes,
packing material, accessories, manuals and "free gifts with
purchase". If "free gift with purchase" items
are not returned with the item, the retail price of those
items will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds
for returns will be applied to the purchaser's credit card.

For items damaged in shipping, contact the carrier.

You
must receive a return authorization number before sending any
merchandise back. Please email us at returns@themegifts.com
for a return authorization number and shipping instructions, or
call at 877-839-8998.

Items returned without an
authorization number or not meeting the above criteria are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Christmas
Returns: We understand that many shoppers like to buy early
for Christmas. Christmas gifts purchased after October may be
returned until January 20th or within the normal 30 day
period, whichever is later.

distribute your name and contact information to outside parties.
ThemeGifts.com also features secure online
ordering to protect your private information. Occasionally we will
send information regarding special offers or new products from our
stores. If at any time, you would like to be removed from our

Problems
Ordering?: In
most cases, your ordering experience should be trouble free. If
you do experience some problems placing an order, here are some
common causes and solutions.

"While
adding my first item to the cart I received an error message
stating the page was not found" - In order for the
shopping cart software to work correctly, you may need to enter the
site though the home page using either of the following URL's:
http://www.themegifts.com
or http://themegifts.com.
If you enter our site through a search engine or a bookmarked
page other than the URL's listed above, then the shopping cart
may not be properly activated and a shopping cart id may not
be assigned. We have added Java Script to each of our pages to
prevent this from happening, but it may not work for all
browsers. To solve the problem, simply re-enter the site
through the home page using either URL listed above.

"I
added items to my shopping cart, but when I went back to my shopping
cart, the items were gone" - Each time you enter the site
from the home page (http://www.themegifts.com
or http://themegifts.com),
you are assigned a new shopping cart id. As a result, your
shopping cart will be emptied. To avoid this, once you have
started shopping, do not return to the home page. Once in the
site, you should only need to return to the elevator page to
navigate the site.

"When
submitting my order from the online order page, I received an
error message." - This may happen if you left a required
field blank on the order form. You should be prompted with a
list of items that were incomplete.
SHIPPING
INFORMATION
Themegifts.com
will ship to many locations. Currently, our shipping model will
accommodate orders shipped to the contiguous United States only.
To order products for shipment outside of the contiguous US,
please call us toll free at 1-877-839-8998. Some products, such as chocolates
which can melt in warm climates, have shipping limitations.
To
determine the shipping cost of an item, add it to your shopping
cart. We have created a shipping model that
calculates shipping costs that are very close to the actual
shipping costs for our wide range of product sizes and weights. To
do this, every order begins with a base shipping charge, and an
additional fee is added per item. You will notice that the total
fee for shipping two identical items to the same address is less
than twice the price of shipping one item.
If
an out of stock item is ordered, this item will automatically ship
when it becomes available . If an out of stock item is
ordered with an available item, your complete order will
ship when the out of stock item becomes available. If you
wish to have the available item shipped separately, additional
shipping charges do apply. If you wish to have the
available item shipped separately, you can note this in the
comment section at the time of your order.
Products
are normally shipped in one to four business days. UPS ground
shipments normally take six days or less to arrive anywhere in the
contiguous US. However, UPS ground can take 10 days or more on
rare occasions. To track the progress of your order, enter your
order number on the tracking page. We
reserve the right to ship via USPS at our discretion. Shipments
via USPS can not be tracked from our tracking page. Shipments will
normally register in the UPS system within 24 hours of pick up. If
after a few days, your shipment can not be tracked, please contact
us and we will be glad to give you an update on the shipping
status.
